Statistics Never Lie, They Just Deliver Conflicting Truths
So you think you know it all? Wait till you go through this list of weird statistics, they sure are an eye opener. How many times we read different statistics about different things in the world and just flip over the page thinking these are just useless statistics …umm well they’re not useless it’s just that they’re so unbelievable that we refuse to acknowledge them as being true and so hence consider them useless. So anyways read these shocking and pretty interesting statistics we have compiled for you.
• Almost half of the world’s population earns a below-average income.
I mean how shocking is that!?! All my life I’ve been led to believe that they’re only a small part of the people in this world that are unfortunate enough to not have a sound income but then you read these statistics and its kind of like a slap on your beliefs. And what’s even weirder is that this below average income statistic is related to below average IQ of world’s half the population. This qualifies for a screaming ‘OH MY GOD’, now who’d thought that this world was running short on IQ.
And on further investigation another number shocking revelation:
• If current trends continue, by 2017 every child born will be illiterate.
With all these NGO’s and Social welfare programs and The UN (for crying out loud), this was not at all what was expected. Are people losing their belief in literacy or what because this just doesn’t make sense? But nevertheless it’s true because after all statistics never lie.
So the next statistics is not only shocking, it also has potential depression attached to it (drum rolls please):
• At least 97.3 percent of people are at risk of getting cancer.
97.3 PERCENT! That surely is one is the most heart stabbing statistics ever. You know what this basically means that if you look around you… all the people that you see… are all at risk of cancer leaving probably just one to two persons out. But some thing that might be reassuring is that most will survive that cancer and will be able to live!
The last statistic before today will surely push that last pillar of hope that you’ve been holding on to so tight:
• By 2050, at current mortality rates, two out of every three people will be dead.
Wow. If you have two best friends, then you make a group of three so according to this statistics two of you will die. Now that is a pretty sorrow picture. So I guess what this really means is stop being greedy because most likely even with your best efforts you might just end up with a below average income, like half the world, even if you manage to make well you’d still be at a very high risk to get cancer (and cancer treatment is not that cheap) in short you’ll loose all your money, and let say just for one second you don’t get cancer….. You’ll die! And you can’t take money with you to the grave right? So in short stop being greedy because statistics never lie!
