The walls of Dunya TV’s studio aired last night the off-camera chit chat among Mubashir Lukman, Mehar Bokhari and Malik Riaz, revealing some interesting but shocking facts regarding the way our TV anchors malign and manipulate hot issues.

On the Wednesday night, Mubashir and Mehar, the two renowned anchors of Dunya TV, were having live interview with the property tycoon Malik Riaz when some daredevil from the production team captured a video of all the discussion that took place among the on-set trio during the break times.

The video, that is available on YouTube with the title “Malik Riaz Planted Interview with Mehar Bokhari and Mubashir Lukman on dunya tv”, reveals that the interview was quite planted and planned, and the trio kept deciding during breaks what to ask and what to answer.

In the charged gossip, there also came some tough moments when Mubashir and Mehar took on each other. On one occasion, Mubashir left the set but Riaz called him back.

The video clearly puts light on the issue that Malik Riaz rewards journalists to toe his line in the media.

The word ‘planted interview’ was clearly used in the trilateral chat.
