The renowned American singer and lyricist, Lady Gaga, is facing the music after an offensive and disrespectful use of the Thai flag during her grand concert on May 25.

Thailand’s government has filed an application before the local police against Gaga’s act which it deems to be immoral and greatly unlawful.

During her sellout concert at Bangkok last month, the legendary singer held the flag while she was wearing a ‘vulgar’ dress. This provoked the religious groups of the country to stage severe protest demonstrations.

Following the controversy, Gaga had to cancel her scheduled show in Indonesia, hitting a severe blow to the organisers of the singer’s events.

After the police probe, Gaga will defiantly be penalised. This is for the second time she has irked the Thais. Earlier, she claimed to have bought a fake Rolex watch from Bangkok’s market.

However, the celebrity’s fans claim that the flag desecration scandal is a conspiracy against the singer to undermine her concerts across the globe.
