Google Going To The Peak Of A Wave With Google Wave App Store

Google going to the peak of a Wave into 2010
Google said it will open its Google Wave for all in 2010 with app store! Yes, the big G says it will open up its Wave partnership tool to all by the end of next year with the addition of a third party app marketplace also in the cards.
Google Wave, which the company calls “an online tool for real time communication and alliance” which combines Google Documents that is now being trialed by some hundred thousand users, will millions more coming up for the opportunity to give it a try.
Now the wait may be approaching an end with co-founder Lars Rasmussen asserting that by the time we make out the back of 2010 it’ll be effusively released for the public.
He told TechRadar: “Roughly speaking our expectation is we will stay in the hundreds of thousands of users this year, look to get into the millions early next year and, if things go super-well, we’ll try to open it up completely by late next year.”
He also told in an interview that developers are by now breaching doors to have a paid-for apps market put up into the tool at various stages.
He also told: “We haven’t 100 per cent locked this in, but all the developers are asking …for a market place where we’ll help them sell their wings to our users with a profit share so we’ll also make some cash from it. I’ll be very amazed if we don’t go down that way
So far you’ll kick to get hold of a request for Google Wave, but if you crave to catch more of it, check out the video.
Personally, I use Showdocument for online teaching and web conferencing. I’m not saying these programs aren’t good, But I think a web-based application is always better, since there’s nothing to download or install.
